| INSTRUCTIONS |
"Place sugar and water in saucepan. Heat stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat; let cool. Stir in currants and lemon juice. Strain through cheesecloth. Place in ice-cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer""s instructions. MAKES SIX SCOOPS" |
